Moodloom privacy policy

1. About Moodloom

Moodloom helps an authenticated user study a curated Pinterest board available to their account and turn recurring visual patterns into original design direction. Moodloom is independently operated by JESDEV and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pinterest.

2. Information Moodloom accesses

The current OAuth implementation requests boards:read, pins:read, and user_accounts:read. Depending on the approved scopes and the user's request, accessed information may include account identity information, boards, board sections, Pins, descriptions, links, and media metadata.

Moodloom uses read-only access. It does not create, edit, or delete a user's Pinterest boards or Pins.

3. How the information is used

Moodloom uses retrieved information to fulfill a design-analysis request initiated for the same authenticated user. It does not use Pinterest information for platform benchmarking, competitor research, behavioral advertising profiles, or republishing copies of Pins.

4. Storage and AI processing

Moodloom is currently in development. This public website does not accept Pinterest data or send Pinterest-derived information to an AI provider. Moodloom is designed not to create a persistent Pinterest-content database. Before AI-assisted processing is released, this policy will identify the relevant provider and explain the applicable data-handling terms.

5. Service providers and sharing

Moodloom shares information with service providers only as needed to authenticate the user, retrieve information requested by that user, provide the requested analysis, secure the service, or comply with law. JESDEV does not sell Pinterest-derived information.

6. Your controls

A user may revoke Moodloom's Pinterest authorization through their Pinterest account settings. To request deletion of information held directly by JESDEV, email hello@jesdev.site. Revoking authorization and deleting locally held product data are separate actions.
