1. Scope and operator

JESDEV is an independent product studio operated by Jan Eiriel San Diego. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@jesdev.site.

An app privacy policy may supplement this studio policy. When an app policy describes a particular processing activity in greater detail, that specific description applies to that activity.

2. Information covered

The current JESDEV website does not provide user accounts, payment processing, or first-party advertising. Depending on how a visitor or product user interacts with JESDEV, covered information may include:

• Contact information voluntarily sent to JESDEV by email.
• Routine technical information processed by website delivery and security infrastructure.
• Product-specific information described in the relevant product notice.

3. Purposes of processing

JESDEV processes information only as reasonably needed to operate and secure the website, respond to requests, provide a product feature initiated by the user, comply with legal obligations, and investigate misuse or security incidents.

JESDEV does not intend to sell covered personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.

4. Service providers and disclosures

JESDEV uses service providers where needed to deliver and secure the website, route email, and operate product features. The website is hosted using Vercel. Product-specific provider use is described in the relevant product notice or shown to the user before an optional integration is enabled.

5. Retention and security

JESDEV keeps information only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Service providers may keep routine security and delivery records under their own documented retention practices.

JESDEV limits access to information to what is reasonably needed to operate and support the service and does not intentionally place private credentials in public website content. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or an explanation of processing. Consent for future processing may be withdrawn where processing depends on consent.

Philippine data subjects may also learn about their rights from the National Privacy Commission.

7. Children and policy changes

JESDEV products covered by this policy are not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated when a product launches, a data practice changes, or a legal requirement changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
